By booking our services, you agree to the following terms. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The balance is due 7 days before the event date.
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
All photographs and films are copyrighted by One Of A Kind Photography. We reserve the right to use select images for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes unless a written exclusion is agreed upon.
Delivery timelines are estimates. While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly.
We collect personal information (name, email, phone, event details) solely for providing our photography services and communication. Your data is never sold to third parties.
Photographs from your event may be shared on our website, social media, and marketing materials unless you specifically request exclusion in writing before the event.
